Monta Ellis wants to be traded, why can't golden state keep any good player?

Webber and Spree were cancers for the team so they had to ship them out. Jrich didn't fit their offense they were running so they shipped him out as well. Antawn they traded him. Hughes' offensive approach was kinda screwing up the team when he was there too. Hence to me, Baron and Arenas were really the players they failed to keep. But had Baron stayed in Warriors, they probably would've be worst than what they are now. And Arenas is riddled with injuries. As far is Ellis is concerned, they can ship him out as well for all i care. He hasn't really done that much so far compare to the other starters.
