Could I be pregnant or am I imagining it?

I normally require medication to ovulate, so I can't base anything on getting a period or not. A few days ago, I was kind of nauseous, very weak, very dizzy one day (no vomiting or anything). I still feel some queasiness here and there. I have had some "hot flashes" too (and I'm 23-so no menopause!). My are not sore or anything. Do you think pregnancy is a possibility here? Please do not answer if you only have negative things to say (I know you're not a doctor, I'm just curious as to what the general opinion is).
