May i get help??

i have high blood pressure and arrythmia.....i'm on medication for these problems....besides these i've some other problems like overian endometriosis,vertigo,con... backpain and so on.but i need help for one matter and that is....before 3 days just in a sudden i felt discomfort in my chest and chest pain and i was facing breathing problems.after that still i'm felling too week to talk,to move......and not getting enough strength in ma left hand.i did my ECG personally but the report is normal.....i didn't see any doctor recently.....and as i'm sick for last 4 days so everyone is taking all these as normal phenomenon.....but i wanna know why all these happening!!!
