What is the defenition of "ownage" on Runescape?

To me, its beng able to handle weeks or even a year of boredom and endless grinding to be able to hit OMG 70 im so ownage now, n00bz!!! but rarely do you ever hit 70 unless you have a godsword. Not to mention that 70 is such a low number in damage. A lvl 10 warrior(and any other cl) on WoW would easilly beat any lvl 138 on runescape. If they have a good weapon theyll hit like 50 and you are already down to less then half hp. lol and food doesnt matter because youll die way to quick to even eat that much food.
