I have a question about the show "Teen Mom"?

I've watched all the episodes and now I've started to watch the new ones. My question being, I don't understand why Farrah won't let Derek's mom have rights to see her granddaughter Sophia. Why is that? What's so wrong about letting her see her? She is still family afterall. Thanks for your answers!
