Isn't it rude if you point a guy you friend attractive out and your friend ALWAYS goes "EWWW! NO!"

Yeah, that is rude. If she disagrees she doesn't need to make a big deal about it. When my friends and I disagree it's more like "Meh, not my type, but go for it if you want".
