What Harry Potter movie is this?

In the beginning Harry is swinging on the swings and Dudly is making fun of him with his friends. The Harry gets expelled from Hogwarts because he used magic infront of a muggle. Theres like a minisrty or something and it takes over Hogwarts and Dumbledor like disappears. Theres a giant in the movie and it takes the ministry person away and gives it to these half human creatures. Then Jenny, Rons sister or whatever, says this spell and it knocks all these gl to the ground. Sirius dies in the end.
