Collective Bargaining in Wisconsin?

Does anybody personally know a teacher, or is a teacher themselves, located in Wisconsin that is still teaching after the "Collective Bargaining" agreement has ped? If you wouldn't mind me asking, what was their salary before hand and what is there salary after it had ped? Also, please tell me how many years they have been teaching and if they have their Master's or not? I know the "at least 15%" added onto the health benefits, but I'm more concerned with the salary. My wife is a teacher in Ohio, and we are curious on how this will affect her salary. Thank you for your help.
