Start/Sit for Week 2: Miller, Bruce at WR/TE?

I would start Miller and Romo. Miller looks to be JaMarcus Russels saftey value (Oakland started two rookie WRs). Don't even bother with Cambpell. He only had 4 really good games last year (300 yds and/or 2 TDs which gives him a 25% constistancy rating in my book) vs Romo (who had a 75% consistancy rating)
