Sims 2 Custom Content not showing!?

When i started to download custom content, the game didn't install a Downloads folder. I made one and i made sure the D was capitol and had an s at the end. None of the downloads needed meshes and the ones that did i made sure they were there. I put the package files in the downloads and etc. I have double deluxe, best of business, fun with pets, and i have installed the custom content AFTER i installed the expansions. Please help me! Thank you.
