That is a tough situation. It's something really unique to find someone like that--someone that you feel is so truly perfect for you on so many levels. I think you should be hesitant to walk right out of your life. I can understand how painful it would be to only be her friend, but I think it would be best to try to stay in her life. Obviously you care about this girl, so I think you should honestly just tell her all these things just the way that you've expressed them here. She does have a boyfriend, but if she actually feels the way that you seem to think that she does about you, then she may be ready to leave someone that is no good for her for someone that good give her a "different world." I wish you the best of luck with this, really. It can't be an easy place to be. :(
